The Terms of Service in force are always on this site, with their version and date at the top. These are the earlier versions, newest first, and what each said that the current Terms do not. We keep every one and send any of them to you on request at legal@seedbasis.com.

| The second version of 9 October 2026 | It said that anyone a report is shared with may not rely on it. The current Terms say the same in plainer words: they may read it as research, the decision stays theirs, it is not advice to them, and we accept no responsibility to them for it. |
