Refunds and withdrawal

Your right to withdraw from a purchase, when it ends, how to use it, and how refunds and failed reports work.

Last updated 22 October 2026 · Markdown version

Effective 28 September 2026.

The short version

1. Who handles payments and refunds

Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, is the merchant of record for every order: it sells credits and top-ups to you, takes payment, handles sales tax and VAT, sends your receipts and invoices, and handles payment support under Link's terms for purchases sold through Link. We make refunds through Stripe, and Link can also refund a purchase within 60 days of it in some cases. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. For a withdrawal, write to us or to Link's support, as described below. For any other question about a payment, write to support@seedbasis.com, or to Link's support.

2. Your right to withdraw

Consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. We apply the same 14 days to unused credits for everyone, unless the law where you live gives you more.

What you boughtWhen the right to withdraw ends
Report credits, singly or in a bundleFor credits you have not used, 14 days after purchase. For a credit you use to start a report, when that report starts: before it starts, you confirm that you want it to start now and that your right to withdraw ends for that credit, and we record that confirmation and email it to you.
Agent credit pack14 days after purchase. Before checkout you ask for the agent credits to be available straight away, so if you withdraw, we refund the share of the credits you have not used.

3. How to withdraw

Your notice counts from the moment you send it, as long as that is before the 14 days end, so keep your sent message as the record. We reply to confirm that it arrived. Within 14 days of your notice we confirm your refund, or explain why the right to withdraw no longer applies, for example because a report started from the purchase at your request.

6. Chargebacks

If something went wrong with a payment, please contact us or Link's support before asking your bank for a chargeback; it is usually faster. A chargeback removes the report credits or agent credits the payment bought, and we may pause the account until it is resolved, as the Terms explain.
