## Questions

### How long does the launch price last?

Until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, the prices are $119, $239 and $599.

### Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once for the reports you buy.

### What is a report credit?

One credit is one report, used when you start it. Unused credits do not expire.

### What is SeedBasis Agent?

An agent that answers questions about your reports and changes their pages when you ask, each change undone in one click. Every report you buy adds 100 agent credits to your account, enough for about 50 answers, more when they are quick ones, and you can use them on any of your reports. You can buy more in the app: 100 agent credits for $10, 250 for $20 or 500 for $35, plus tax.

### What if a report fails?

If it fails before any section finishes, its credit comes back to you automatically. If any section cannot finish, you keep the sections that finished, and its credit comes back to you automatically as well, so you can start it again with the same answers.
