## 2. Who sells it

Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, is our merchant of record and the seller of credits and top-ups, under [Link's terms for purchases sold through Link](https://link.com/terms#sold-through-link-terms). It takes payment through Stripe, handles sales tax and VAT, sends receipts and invoices, and handles payment support, and we never see your full card details. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* SEEDBASIS.

## 4. Contracts

- Contracts are made in English, on this website: the Terms of Service with us when you create an account, and a purchase sold through Link when you complete checkout.
- Before you pay, the Billing page and the checkout page show what you are buying and its total price, and you can correct your details or go back without buying.
- We store the version of the [Terms of Service](https://seedbasis.com/legal/terms) you accepted, and when, with your account, and email you a confirmation of each purchase. The current Terms are always on this site.
